1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
• Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment. While we do our best to meet these estimates, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

Standard Shipping:

• Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped.
• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• PurelyPrayer is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

• PurelyPrayer is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping

• We currently ship to selected international destinations. The shipping cost and delivery time will be calculated at checkout.

7. Returns Policy

• PurelyPrayer does NOT offer any returns.
